In the event of a problem, your first point of contact will be our Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) where the latest support tools are used to give expert help and remote support. The TAC resolves 95% of issues however we know it is sometimes necessary to send a Field Engineer to site. The TAC will organise and monitor this.
Our contracts are built specifically for each individual customer. Some opt to include the cost of call-outs whilst others prefer to be charged on an hourly basis. This flexibility extends to other aspects of the contract such as Service Levels and the hours of coverage. Whatever your needs, we can build a solution to suit you. We know one size doesn’t fit all.
