With the impendng End of Life Policy being adopted by all manufacturers for the existing market solutions for our customers. This is designed with either those who are looking to replace their existing IT department or don’t currently have one, in mind. The Fully Managed Support service eliminates the need for an IT department of your own, with a dedicated Support Team to handle any IT issues your business may have and your own Business Relationship Manager to liaise with.

All of our support is delivered by a dedicated support team. Your first point of contact would be our highly trained Service Desk who utilise the latest support tools to offer expert telephone and remote support. Should the Service Desk be unable to resolve your issue remotely they will arrange for our highly qualified Field Engineers team to visit your site and resolve the issue.

All of our contracts are built specifically for each individual customer. Some opt to include the cost of callouts whilst others prefer to be charged for them on an hourly basis. This extends to various other features of the contract such as your custom built Service Level Agreements and the hours you can contact us to raise a new issue. Whatever your requirements, we can build a solution to suit you. Our support contracts are made to be as flexible as possible, as we know, one size doesn’t fit all.

Your company will benefit from a dedicated Business Relationship Manager whose primary role is to strengthen the quality of service between us the service provider and you as our client.
